Todd brings over two decades of experience delivering highly innovative, world-class training and development programs that have transformed and positioned medical device and higher education organizations to support significant growth in his leadership roles with Capella University, Xtant Medical, Wright Medical, NuVasive, Orthofix, and more recently, Paragon 28.
Todd received a Ph.D. in Global Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology and holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, which includes bachelor’s degrees in Human Biology and Exercise Science from Indiana University. .
